Floyd Mayweather Jr. will fight Geordie Shore player Aaron Chalmers in a show bout in London on Saturday, February 25th.

Mayweather, 45, has had five exhibitions so far against kickboxer and MMA fighter Tenshin Nasukawa, boxer Don Moore, YouTuber Logan Paul, MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura, and most recently in November 2022, Youtuber Deji Olatunji.

He ended his career by defeating Irish fighter Conor McGregor.

In addition to being part of Team Geordie Shore, Chalmers is now a professional MMA fighter.

Mayweather was scheduled to face Muay Thai fighter Liam Harrison, but will now face Chalmers at the O2 Arena in London after Harrison suffered a knee injury.

“I was originally supposed to take on a different opponent, but injuries happen and I’m glad Aaron Chalmers can step up so we can give the fans what they want,” said Mayweather.

“The fans in the UK have always been great to me and have supported me throughout my career, so an event like this has been a long time coming. I’m excited to add more history to the O2 Arena in London.”

Chalmers, who owns a 5-2 MMA record, said: “I’ve been training with Adam Booth at the boxing gym and I’m eager to make a name for myself in the world of boxing.

“I immediately jumped at the opportunity. It is an honor to share the ring with one of the greatest fighters of all time and I will certainly take advantage of it.”

More details will be announced in the future.
