The Sun reports that Kim Kardashian, her sister Kendall Jenner, and mom Kris Jenner, were “shaken” on Wednesday, January 25, after a major earthquake in Los Angeles.

Kim herself shared in the reality stars’ plight when she took to Instagram Stories to share a screenshot from a family group chat, where Kendall, Kris, and Kim were seen freaking out just moments after the earthquake nearly hit. 2 am.

Kendall started the conversation by sending messages to the family group: “Everyone okay? Shockwave.”

Kim then responded, “Wake me up,” and mom Kris joined her to share that she was “good” despite being woken up by the earthquake.

Kendall then shared that she was “shaking” after the earthquake woke her up as well, with Kim chiming in to say she too was left shaking.

The next morning, Kim shared the screenshot with the caption, “Family group talks at 2am when earthquake wakes you all up.”

It’s worth noting that both Kim and Kris live only 30 miles from the epicenter, while Kendall lives about 38 miles away.

According to reports, the 4.2-magnitude earthquake occurred late at night with aftershocks felt 11 miles off the coast of Malibu; It also put the Los Angeles Fire Department in earthquake survival mode, however, no major damage or injuries were reported.
