The United Nations urges Nicola Sturgeon to use “common sense” when imprisoning violent sex offenders

Pauline MacNeil, the justice spokeswoman for the Scottish Labor Party, said she would take an urgent question at Holyrood calling for Scott’s transfer to be banned and calling for a “review of the policy”.

Ash Regan, a former SNP minister who resigned in protest of Ms Sturgeon’s gender reforms, said: “We need a new system where male prisoners are not allocated to women’s prison properties. Everyone’s rights and safety must be protected.”

Meanwhile, a woman imprisoned with violent mutant prisoners has accused the Scottish government of “serving women to predators on a platter of the colors of the rainbow”.

Speaking to the Sunday Mail, Amanda Benson, 41, said she had a contraceptive coil fitted in prison because she was so afraid of being raped by “incredibly violent men” that she was forced to share a shower block with them.

The mother-of-four said: “The whole time I was in prison on high alert, my nerves were frayed with fear.

“I honestly can’t believe Nicola Sturgeon could be so stupid as not to understand the obvious problems with her transgender rights policies.”

The Scottish Government has been contacted for comment.
