How to run the Grand National Lottery 2023
Please note that the final field of 40 runners was confirmed on Thursday morning. If you set up your lottery before this final confirmation stage, you will have to make the following change:
The player who chooses Defi Bleu (No. 40), must be awarded Born By The Sea (new No. 40)
If you have 40 people – or 20 taking 2 horses – willing to play, you can enter £5 per horse with £100 for the winner, £50 for 2nd, £30 for 3rd and £20 for 4th.
Alternatively, the £2 per entry could be divided by £40 for the winner, £25 for the runner-up, £10 for the third place and £5 for the fourth place.
The Grand National takes place on Saturday 15th April with a 5.15pm start – and you can catch all the action here at Telegraph Sport, with full live coverage and results as they come in.
Unlike in previous years, if a horse is withdrawn between Thursday morning and the start of the race on Saturday, that horse is not replaced.
