Watertown, NY (WWNY) – Yes, that was an earthquake that I felt on Sunday afternoon.
The USGS reported that a 3.6-magnitude earthquake was centered about half a mile west, northwest of Adams’ center.
It struck at 2:10 p.m., according to the USGS.
The quake was strong enough to shake homes and the ground, and people reported it early on on social media from as far away as Carthage.
There were no immediate reports of serious damage or injuries.
