San Diego County, California – An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.1 rocked parts of San Diego County Monday afternoon.
The quake was reported at 1:36 p.m. more than 10 miles southeast of the unincorporated community of Oktillo Wells, according to the US Geological Survey.
The US Geological Survey said the quake had a depth of about four miles.
