Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Take That are among the stars who will take to the stage for the coronation ceremony later.
Nicole Scherzinger, Olly Morse, Paloma Faith and Andrea Bocelli will attend the show at Windsor Castle.
The party, which is being held to celebrate the coronation of King Charles, will be hosted by Hugh Bonneville on Saturday.
The show will be attended by 20,000 members and broadcast on BBC One and BBC Radio 2 from 20:00 BST.
Other names on the list include members of the Royal Ballet, Royal Opera, Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal College of Music and Royal College of Art.
Crowds started to build ahead of the concert – the queue stretched along the Long Walk to the Castle.
The royal patrons will come together for the first time to create a one-off show featuring sex education star Ncuti Gatwa, who is taking the lead in Doctor Who later this year, and Olivier Mei Mac nominee.
The ceremony will also include pre-recorded video footage of Top Gun star Tom Cruise, Dynasty Dame actress Joan Collins, adventurer Bear Grylls and singer Sir Tom Jones, who will tell little-known facts about the monarch.

Actor Hugh Bonneville, best known for his appearances in the films Downton Abbey and Paddington. He said he was glad to participate.
“In true British style, come rain or shine, it’s going to be a night to remember.”
Some regard his participation as a subtle nod to Queen Elizabeth II, who appeared in a sketch with Paddington Bear to mark her Platinum Jubilee.
Stern star Otti Mabuse, guitarist Steve Winwood and honey lover Winnie the Pooh will also appear, while Bollywood superstar Sonam Kapoor will give a spoken word performance.
The concert will take place on the East Terrace of Windsor Castle. Last week, the BBC released artist samples of what it would look like.

The foundation said the theater was designed “with a unique vision to respond to its location and historic occasion”.
The stage will resemble a Union Jack flag, with catwalks protruding from the middle. It would frame the east facade of Windsor Castle, and create multiple levels for the 70-piece orchestra and band.
The BBC said that as darkness fell behind the castle, its façade would become “alive with projection and light”.

The Coronation Gala is likely to draw a huge television audience, and those performing can expect higher broadcast and sales numbers as a result.
However, some stars reportedly declined the invitation to attend the coronation ceremony for logistical reasons.
Sir Elton John is currently on tour in Berlin, while Ed Sheeran is playing a concert in Texas on Saturday.
Kylie Minogue reportedly declined an invitation to perform due to rising Republican sentiment in her native Australia.
Other stars reported to be turned down include Adele, who lives in Los Angeles, Harry Styles, and the Spice Girls.

Two of the performers at the ceremony — Perry and Richie — are also judges on American Idol, which is currently airing its 21st season.
Since they will both be in Windsor for the coronation ceremony, Alanis Morissette and Ed Sheeran are booked to serve as guest judges on this week’s American Idol live show.
But Perry and Richie will still appear on the show, appearing live via satellite from the UK to check in on the contestants.

Tickets were allocated by Ticketmaster via public ballot, but there was controversy after some members of the public mistakenly believed they had won tickets after receiving a confusingly worded email from the company.
Ticketmaster emailed some applicants to say they had “successfully polled for a pair of standing tickets”.
However, to claim tickets, they had to click a link to redeem them. By the time many saw the email, they were disappointed to find they were all gone.
A Ticketmaster spokesperson said any unclaimed tickets were released on a first-come, first-served basis to those who previously applied to the ballot and were unsuccessful.
The company added that the tickets that were secured in the first two rounds are guaranteed.
