The US Geological Survey (USGS) said a 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck the North Atlantic Ocean.

The US Geological Survey stated that the earthquake was recorded at a depth of 10 km.

The earthquake occurred at 8:28 PM (UTC) on July 10. The USGS tweeted, adding, “Notable earthquake, preliminary information: M 6.4 – North Atlantic.”

The agency did not issue any tsunami warning after a 6.4-magnitude earthquake hit the North Atlantic Ocean.
