A 6.6-magnitude earthquake Monday struck the Atlantic Ocean near the northern Caribbean Sea, causing some buildings to sway slightly in the area.

The quake struck at a depth of six miles (10 kilometers) shallow, according to the USGS. The epicenter was 170 miles (270 kilometers) northeast of Antigua and Barbuda.
The earthquake was felt on several islands, including Puerto Rico. There were no immediate reports of damage.
