Kim Kardashian has undergone a painful transformation at the first look at her appearance in the new teaser for season 12 of American Horror Story, delicate.

The 42-year-old reality star cuddled a baby and donned a platinum wig for her gothic transformation in the trailer — which also features Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne.

In the 43-second teaser, the mother-of-four can be seen holding an infant as a spooky rendition of the baby’s lullaby, Rock-a-bye, plays in the background.

After flashing a series of eerie visuals across the screen, such as an egg falling from a bird’s nest and an empty bed swaying back and forth, the TV character made direct eye contact with the camera.

The SKIMS founder rocked a pair of elbow-length black gloves, red lipstick, bleached eyebrows, and extra-long false eyelashes.

Last month, Kardashian announced her role in the series on social media, along with another trailer for her Instagram account.

The ominous clip didn’t depict Kim but had scary music with the words: ‘AHS12. Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are sensitive. this summer.’

The clip showed a hint of a female figure in the background, but it is unknown if it was meant to represent her or Emma.

Kim didn’t reveal who she was or if she was cast, but The Hollywood Reporter revealed the details shortly after the star shared the ad.

The outlet revealed that the show’s twelfth season will be called Delicate, and will be based on Daniel Valentine’s upcoming novel Delicate Condition.

The book is about a woman who is convinced that an evil person is making sure her pregnancy does not occur.

The publication also mentioned that the season will be written by Halle Pfeiffer, who will also be the showrunner.

In a statement to THR, AHS co-founder Ryan Murphy said, “Kim is among the biggest and brightest TV stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.”

Emma previously starred on AHS from 2013 through 2019 during Season 3, Season 4, Season 7, and Season 8; Played by Madison Montgomery, Maggie Esmerelda, Serena Belinda and Brooke Thompson.
