Austin County Travis EMS said on Twitter early Saturday morning that at least two of the victims were hospitalized with severe, life-threatening injuries.
Two other victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to ATCEMS, and the circumstances of the other victims are currently unknown.
In a post on Twitter, the Austin Police Department urged people to stay away from the downtown 6th Street area.
