Angelina Jolie is really living the best of her life on her 46th birthday, and she paid a late-night visit to ex-husband Johnny Lee Miller’s apartment for a private session.

The 46-year-old was photographed arriving at her Miller apartment in Brooklyn on Friday. She appeared on the pillow with a fitted long coat and a protective visor.

Pete’s ex-wife held Peter Michael Wayne’s bottle in her hand. She seemed ready to throw a little party with her ex-husband. Photographers say she arrived without a bodyguard and stayed for about four hours.
Jolie seemed so happy that she walked out of the front of the building after her reunion with Miller. The two were previously married from 1996 until 1999 and Miller was Jolie’s first husband.

The day before, Jolie was spotted with all six of her children at JFK after a week-long birthday flight with her family. Within two days, the family was caught eating sausage, enjoying city sights and checking out museums.

Apparently Jolie told the kids to go home before she went to see her ex. Mr. & Mrs. Smith actresses have been getting more and more public since losing their legal battle with ex-husband Brad Pitt.
As Radar previously reported, the judge who presided over their divorce recently granted joint custody of Pete in their never-ending battle. Jolie has been seeking primary custody since she filed her original petition.

The custody trial lasted several months and included the court hearing testimony from a large number of witnesses. One of the sources said, “This trial lasted several months and there were a large number of witnesses, experts, therapists and others who were with the children and those around them, and the decision was based on this.”
Jolie is already appealing the decision and believes the judge failed to disclose all of his connections to Pitt’s lawyer.
Jolie’s lawyers called for the judge to be dismissed, but the request was denied. She is now asking the Supreme Court to hear her side of things in the hope that they will overturn the ruling and take her side.
