It’s the birthday of Beyoncé’s twins, but the proud mom is the one who feels so lucky today.

The 39-year-old music star posted a touching message on her personal website on Sunday, June 13, marking the fourth birthday of Rumi and Sir. Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z, who also share 9-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, welcomed twins on June 13, 2017.

The star wrote on a black background: “What’s better than one gift … 2”. Happy Birthday Rumi and Sir.

It’s no big surprise that Bey and Jay have yet to post photos of Rumi and walk on their special day, as the parents tend to be quite private when it comes to sharing glimpses of the little ones.

On March 31, the “Formation” singer gave a rare look at her twins during a day in Malibu, California, with her three children, as they enjoyed a meal at the popular Japanese restaurant Nobu and played in the ocean. However, the faces of Rumi and Sir were not visible in the photographs.

One snapshot showed Beyoncé communicating with the walker, who was wearing a white T-shirt and beige shorts and her hair in a small bun. In another photo, Rumi wore a light dress and had her hair in two buns while dipping her toes in the water.

Speaking of beach, Jay-Z revealed during the May episode of HBO Max’s The Shop: Uninterrupted that being a dad changed his life for the better, providing one concrete example.

“It’s amazing — it’s so fundamental,” he said of fatherhood. “I didn’t learn to swim until Blue was born. There’s everything you need to know. This is a metaphor for our relationship.”

The 51-year-old rapper continued, “If I fell in the water and I couldn’t understand it, I couldn’t even fathom the idea. I have to learn how to swim. That’s it. That was the beginning of our relationship.”
