Khloe Kardashian says she only got one nose job

It’s as easy as a nose on her face.

Khloe Kardashian addressed the constant hype about her appearance on Sunday’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” meet, telling Andy Cohen, “Everyone says, ‘Oh my God, she’s had a face transplant for the third time! “But I have one nose job.”

After thanking her surgeon, Kardashian, 36, continued, “Everyone’s so upset, like, Why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me. You’re the first person in an interview who asked me about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections—not really Botox.” She has responded poorly to Botox.

“When the show first started I was completely safe. Very safe,” she added. “And then for the first two seasons, I became insecure due to general opinions of myself. Then I thought I had a good run from being safe, and then I think I’ve become insecure again recently.”

“I was very confident and secure before the show,” Kardashian admitted to the second part of the reunion. “Season one, I wouldn’t say I’m famous. I was Kim’s sister, but I remember Kourtney and I was always in the background of her pictures and we loved it.”

The Good American co-founder was pretty confident before the show kicked off, she said, that she’d wear Kim bodycon dresses — even if they didn’t fit her.

Khloe made it clear that she didn’t get hard on herself until “all the Perez Hiltons and all those blogs back then” started calling her “evil” or “all this crazy stuff.”

“I became unsafe because everyone told me so,” she said.

Kourtney, Khloé, and Kim Kardashian in 2007, the same year “KUWTK” premiered.

Khloe also admitted that she felt Kim, 40, and Kourtney, 42, received preferential treatment, including “racks and racks of clothes” on photo shoots because of their looks.

“It was never a question,” she asserted. “It was real. And it was pretty scandalous too.”

While Khloe doesn’t think her family treats her differently because of her looks, she said her issues with body image are what she insists on pushing size inclusivity with her clothing line.

The reality star previously spoke about her struggles with body image in April after her team tried to erase an untouched image online.

She said at the time: “The picture posted this week is beautiful. But as someone who has struggled with her body image her whole life, when someone takes a picture of you that doesn’t please in poor lighting or doesn’t capture your body as it is after working so hard to get to that point — then Share it with the world — you should have every right to request that it not be shared — no matter who you are.”
