The great Amazon Prime Day festival is coming up this year, and as always, there are hundreds of deals to snag. If you want to upgrade your smartphone, there couldn’t be a better time of day when a whole range of Samsung phones – from the Galaxy S20 FE to the latest S21 line – are selling at the lowest prices we’ve seen yet.

Samsung’s hugely successful Galaxy S20 FE is even cheaper on Prime Day, available for just $479. It’s honestly a steal for a top-notch phone that can last you for years. The entire Galaxy S21 series is also discounted $100 off its regular selling price — or a full $300 of MSRPs ($200 for the base S21 model). Meanwhile, those who are more budget-conscious can look at the Galaxy A71 5G, which comes in at $375.

These are all the unlocked Samsung Galaxy phones that are currently discounted on Prime Day:

Galaxy S21 or S20 FE?

If you’re stuck between the two, the deciding factor will likely be size.

The Galaxy S21 and S20 FE will almost certainly be a bargain for anyone shopping for a smartphone right now. The Galaxy S20 FE offers the big form factor you’ll likely be familiar with if you’ve shopped for a Samsung phone lately, even though it uses Qualcomm’s high-end 2020 chip (Snapdragon 865), not the latest Snapdragon 888 you’re. You’ll find it in the Galaxy S21 family. In terms of speed, it’s not likely to make a difference.

The S20 FE is easily one of the best smartphones to buy at $480, including key key features like IP68 water resistance, 5G, and wireless charging (unlike previous Samsung FE phones). The S21 is a smaller phone, but offers a more powerful chipset and modem, as well as an all-glass and metal body (the S20 FE has a plastic back cover). The S21 will also receive a major additional upgrade to an Android version above the S20 FE and later, since it was launched with Android 11, although both receive the same overall level of software support (three major updates).

Both phones work unlocked on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

If you’re stuck between the two, the deciding factor will likely be size. The S20 FE is a very important phone, while the Galaxy S21 is more compact. The cameras between the two are pretty much the same, as are the software and displays (apart from their dimensions). Both offer great values at these discounted prices, however, we don’t think you won’t be happy with either decision. Both phones work unlocked on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
