Bill Cosby is hoping to return to the comedy industry after being released from prison on Wednesday after serving two years of a three- to 10-year prison sentence.

His spokesman Andrew White revealed exclusively to Fox News that the 83-year-old “Cosby Show” actor, formerly known as “America’s Dad,” spent his first night out of prison doing “comedy routines.”

White also told Fox News that Cosby hopes to revitalize his career.

“He wants to get back on stage sooner or later,” White said.
