New lovebirds Renee Zellweger and You Anstead were photographed together for the first time.
The Oscar-winning actress and British TV presenter was spotted Friday at his new “dream” home in Laguna Beach, California, with views of the Pacific Ocean from the balcony.

Zellweger, 52, and Anstead, 42, were captured in sweats and comfy clothes, with her hair pulled into a messy updo and held in place by a tie. The “Chicago” star appears to be enjoying a cup of coffee borrowed from Anstead – who has three children – on which he wrote, “Home is where Dad is.”
Anstead recently purchased this home in Laguna Beach, California, which he called “My Dream Home.” SplashNews.com
Zellweger and Anstead were first reported to be dating on June 24 – just days after news broke that he had finalized his divorce from “Flip or Flop” star Christina Hack.
The pair reportedly met while the “Bridget Jones’s Diary” star was filming an episode of Anstead’s upcoming series Discovery + “Celebrity IOU Joyride,” according to TMZ.
“Sometimes two people meet and click, and the timing is just right,” an insider told People late last month. “Rene is creative…and often goes for people who think outside the box. She is smart, thoughtful and always looking to broaden horizons and nurture those around her.”

Anstead’s Laguna Beach home, where he and Zellweger were photographed, is a recent purchase. He bought the towel in May after living in a rented studio apartment for 10 months after his split from Huck.
“It’s my dream home,” he told People. “Home is, to me, the foundation of life, and so much has emerged in the next few months, and next few years, that I need a solid base, and the timing of it all is just perfect.”
He plans to live there with Hudson, his young son with Haack, and renovate the property himself.
Zellweger was also seen walking around wearing the Longhorns hat as a tribute to her university, University of Texas-Austin.
Zellweger was recently linked to rock guitarist Doyle Bramhall II, who she dated from 2012 to 2019.
