The FBI builds its case against an alleged leader in the January 6 Capitol riots each time.

Court records published by The Smoking Gun revealed that investigators confiscated the “completely built US Capitol Group” from Robert Morse, 27, along with a notebook containing instructions on how to set up a “local militia.”

According to the newspaper, the suspect allegedly led the rioters in “one of the most intense and protracted clashes” against law enforcement officials trying to contain crowds of rioters.

Wearing tactical gear and a “MAGA” hat while leading other Donald Trump supporters trying to breach Lower West Terrace at the Capitol, Morse at one point ripped the riot shield off a metropolitan police officer, prosecutors allege in court documents cited in the article.

Prosecutors reportedly wrote that the Pennsylvania man “came prepared for violence and then repeatedly led a violent gang attack.”

The Egypt militia’s mission list included preparations such as “ambush” and “combat exercises,” according to documents published in the report.

The suspect – who remains behind bars – also wrote reminders to “bring an assault rifle” and “4 magazines.”

Federal records show that a military guard turned substitute teacher was indicted last month for his alleged role in the uprising, and charged with assaulting, resisting or obstructing officers, civil disorder, theft of US property and obstruction of their business.

Five people died as a result of the violent conflict. Capitol Police Officer Brian Schnick died of a stroke after fighting the crowd.

More than 140 people were injured when the masses tried to prevent Congress from formalizing President Joe Biden’s electoral victory amid former President Trump’s false claims that the results were corrupt.

More than 500 people have been charged in the clash so far, and investigators are investigating hundreds of other suspects.
