The main final of the 2021 golf season enters its last 18 holes on Sunday with the Open Championship set to determine this year’s golfer’s champion for the first time in 24 months. Summer beauty surrounds Sandwich, England, as the 149th Open completes a return to Royal St. George for the first time in a decade.

Although there have been some withdrawals due to COVID-19 protocols, this year’s issue boasted a packed field that featured most of the world’s best golfers on an absolutely gorgeous course. The tournament was firmly dominated by 2010 champion Louis Oosthuizen, who set a 36-hole scoring record and remains in the lead after the third round. Three-time main champ Jordan Spieth.

Will Usti take her out? Since winning the 2010 Open, Oosthuizen has earned six (SIX) runner-up positions, including his last two events in 2021, the PGA Championship and US Open. The cool South African enters the final round on Sunday as the frontrunner at 3/2, according to William Hill Sportsbook, but Morikawa (2-1) and Spieth (5-1) are both within walking distance in what should be the final 18 holes.
