Film alternate title: “Harry Potter Joins the Toon Squad.”

And the sheer number of cameos and Easter eggs in this movie will make your jaw hit the ground running. Fortunately, amateur investigators on Twitter have helped us decipher dozens of the inscription, most of which come from the DEEP vault of Warner Brothers properties. So here are the tweets with all the details: 1. To start, there was the appearance of Big Chungus (aka fat Bugs Bunny), the popular internet meme.

I watched the new Space Jam contest today and in the movie Bugs turns into a Big Chungus and a kid got lost in the theater so dirty that his mom had to take him outside. I forgot the whole movie while driving home.

02:34AM – Jul 17, 2021 Twitter:yoshexe 2. We also got several old school Looney Tunes Easter eggs like this Yosemite Sam pic at the barbershop.

The Yosemite Sam image in the background is a modified version of his scene from the Looney Tunes show. I’m surprised I even managed to notice this. #crowded place

02:45 AM – July 20, 2021 Twitter: @El_Omar2203 3. Or the advent of the Nintendo Game Boy Crazy Castle starring Bugs Bunny.

Ok sorry sorry sorry, incoming Space Jam 2 spoilers. I can’t put pictures in the spoiler card but I need to talk…. . …. I lost my mind about how Crazy Castle is a plot point in LeBron’s origin story. Like, not even a fun Easter egg in the background, actual custom screen time

05:56 PM – July 16, 2021 Twitter:Nirbion 4. Plus references to LeBron’s career.

As much as the new “Space Jam” tries to glorify LeBron, at least it includes a scene that’s closer to real life: Young LeBron misses a shot at the last second. Yes, I started early.

12:52AM – Jul 20, 2021 Twitter:RealSkipBayless 6. This is from TNT, which tells me it was not pre-planned from Spoon Nike. Twitter: tntdrama 7. My future husband, Stephen Yeun, appeared on a short show as Warner Bros. CEO. Twitter: @DINDJ4RIN 13. Don Cheadle is dressed as Bill Belichick.

A small nod to Bill Bleczyk in the new Space Jam movie. Even though they have the fearsome Hood training Goon Squad 😭

04:30 PM – July 17, 2021 Twitter: @SpikeKing76 14. The WB water tower can be seen in the background.

Water Tower is also present in Space Jam. I was very happy when I saw the water tower, the animation is my favorite show.

10:46 PM – July 19, 2021 Twitter: @_CJ2468 16. Since Warner Bros. DC Comics owns, we’ve seen a lot of DC characters pop up all of a sudden, like when Bugs and LeBron fought crime like Batman and Robin.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned after watching Space Jam: A New Legacy is that LeBron is Robin and never will be Batman.

01:37 AM – Jul 17, 2021 Twitter: bayoonds 17. Or when Batman himself appeared in the audience in the basketball final. Twitter: @M0zZY2025 21. Also can be two different versions of Batman’s enemy Penguin.

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait…is that DANNY DeVITO *and* BURGESS MEREDEDITH PENGUINS?! And the mask? !!! #crowded place

03:06 PM – Apr 03, 2021 Twitter: @darthramious 23. And even this random guy from Batman Returns is here.

mrsundaymovieswikipediabrown #weeklyplanetpod I just wanted to point out that the new Space Jam included the guy who set Batman on fire in Batman Returns

Have you all seen #voldemort in #SpaceJamANewLegacy?!?! majed_almutairi # Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-hahaha

06:07AM – Jul 19, 2021 Twitter: @BowDownToGabe 25. And we know LeBron is actually a Hufflepuff.

RachelLoveDisny Watched Space Jam….Harry Potter Scene..it’s in Hufflepuff! We have arrived LeBron Freaking James Baby!!!!!!

03:08AM – Jul 19, 2021 Twitter: @sodalite64 27. Then the Warboys appear at the match.

I’m sure others have pointed this out, but are those FURY ROAD War Boys in the new SPACE JAM? individual. (However, if Leto Joker appears talking about paraphrasing with Elmer Fudd? Instant Five Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

12:23AM – July 14, 2021 Twitter: @neuroticmonkey 29. Introduce Yosemite Sam in Casablanca.

Oh. Mine. God. I don’t even know what to say… It literally left me speechless. #SpaceJamANewLegacy #Casablanca #SpaceJam #SpaceJamMovie #SpaceJam2

08:02AM – Jul 16, 2021 Twitter: @jpooch21 30. And of course the movie’s iconic font has been redirected.

Say what you want about the new Space Jam, but I’m still dead from Casablanca/Yosemite Sam’s “Play it, Sam”

02:18AM – Jul 17, 2021 Twitter: @katalves18c35. People were especially excited about the GoT references (and of course the dragons). Twitter: kwhitesays 38. Watch King Kong and Iron Giant LeBron fight his son on the field.

I watched the Space Jam 2 trailer again and noticed the moment the fists of King Kong and The Iron Giant were pumped.

12:25 PM – June 14, 2021 Twitter: LazybonesInc 39. Although this version of Iron Giant appears to be from Ready Player One.

The funniest thing about The Iron Giant in Space Jam 2 is that they reused their CGI form from Ready Player One.

05:18 PM – Jul 18, 2021 Twitter: @ACriticalHuman 40. The Gremlins also appeared.

Space Jam: A New Legacy was fun. Some funny moments, some caught my eye, but overall, a fun sequel. I still prefer #SpaceJam though. I’d love to see Stripe & Two Gremlins before Dom-Ball Basketball, too. #SpaceJamMovie #SpaceJamANewLegacy #SpaceJam2

06:50 PM – July 17, 2021 Twitter: @BigDoots1982 44. …who treated us with a catchphrase from Friday Night Lights, the show from which he got his start.

When Michael B Jordan appeared in space jams and flashed the Friday Night Lights “Clear eyes, full hearts…” I was the only person in the theater who responded by shouting “You can’t lose.”
