Ex-Texas star DeAndre Hopkins appears to be refusing to get a COVID-19 vaccine.

About 30 minutes later, Hopkins deleted his original tweet and simply tweeted, “Freedom?”

Hopkins also used his Twitter account to spread misinformation about the vaccine. After Galen Ramsey told Rams Cornerback that he knows people who have had the COVID-19 vaccine and are still picking it up — which they do, even though the symptoms have not been shown to be severe — Hopkins tweeted:

After deleting a tweet about his uncertainty about his future, the 29-year-old Hopkins tweeted, “You’ve got 9 more years inside of me, have a nice day.”
