When the Texas Longhorns started the pre-season camp on Friday, the school released a 2021 football list.
Some notes of the new numbers and considerable weights as skill-level players largely lost weight and the offensive line players weighed during the first half, led by strength and fitness coach Torre Becton.
- After suffering a shoulder injury during the offseason, senior lineup player DeMarvion Overshow limited the weight he could gain by eventually adding six pounds to last season’s list to reach 223 pounds.
- Junior nickel back Chris Adimora has dropped 10 pounds after playing 214 last season.
- Junior team Roschon Johnson lost eight pounds and will start the pre-season camp at the age of 219.
- Freshman JaTavion Sanders is listed exclusively on the tight end and wears this season No. 3. He is 64,256 pounds, about 20 pounds more than the last weight on the 247Sports list. As the new head coach, Steve Sarkisian, took over, he said Sanders will get some time on defense before the staff settles into a permanent position.
- Student Bijan Robinson has dropped eight pounds from last season to 214.
- Senior transfer Ben Davis is listed at the edge position, and there was a discussion about whether he played inside the linebacker. He is listed at 64, 236 pounds and uses No. 6. Alabama listed Davis at 250 pounds for the 2020 season. Hell is limited to starting a pre-season camp after an injury during the season.
- Student bowler Keilan Robinson, also an Alabama transfer, uses No. 7 and is listed at 59,183 pounds.
- Freshman Xavier Worthy, who has pulled a lot of buzz since his arrival this summer, wears No. 8 and is listed at 61,160 pounds.
- Senior cornerback Josh Thompson has dropped seven pounds to 191.
- Junior wide receiver AlVonte Woodard has dropped 21 pounds out of 214.
- Junior defender Casey Thompson has dropped five pounds to 192.
- Safety Brenden Schooler, who moved from a wide receiver in the spring, has added 10 pounds from last season and is ranked 206th.

- The corner piece Ishmael Ibraheem uses No. 19 and is listed at 61, 160 pounds.
- Walking quarterback Cole Lourd uses No. 19 and is listed at 62,228 pounds.
- Secondary corner defender Kitan Crawford has risen from 11 pounds to 196.
- Redshirt freshman wide receiver Troy Omeire has dropped 10 pounds to 220 after losing a season 2020 with an ACL injury before the season camp.
- Freshman running Jonathon Brooks uses No. 24 and is listed at 60, 199 pounds.
- The transfer of New Mexico state line player Devin Richardson is listed at 63,233 pounds.
- Redshirt freshman Edge Prince Dorbah has risen from 14 pounds to 234.
