Amman: Bahraini duo Muhammad Abbas and Elias Al Yassi have reached the doubles finals at the Arab Table Tennis Championships in Amman, the capital of Jordan.
Abbas and Elias defeated Egyptian pair Ahmed Nadim and Moamen Al Oz 3-1 in an exciting match.
They continued their brilliance and reached the finals after winning the host Jordan 3-2.
Meanwhile, Bahrain’s Fatima Al Aali defeated Jordan’s Aya Nasser 3-0 in the under-13 puppies doubles competition and Salman Muhammad defeated the Syrian Muhammad Badri in the 3–0 under-19 youth doubles competition. Maryam Al Aali and Amrita Amit also recorded a victory that won the Syrian young women’s singles 3-0.
