Frost discusses the excitement of the week 0 game

Head coach of Nebraska Scott Frost met with media representatives after Thursday’s exercise. Frost spoke to the players selected to travel with the team, and the excitement surrounding the first game.

“There are a lot of guys who deserve to travel,” Frostsaid. “There are a lot of guys who could participate, we’re a little limited, but I know the guys we’ve chosen are ready to play.”

He was asked about his thoughts on playing in front of a large audience when last season’s fans were limited.

“College football is a better game when fans are involved,” he said. “Student football has more passion than any other sport. I think we missed our fans, hopefully on Saturday the stadium will have a lot of Nebraska fans. It’s part of the experience you love.
