The MARSHALL-Marshall tennis team defeated Yellow Medicine East 7-0 on Wednesday.
Eden Knudson defeated YME’s Hope Stark 6-0, 6-0 in the first set, while Leah Matzner defeated YME’s Kyra Kvam 6-0, 6-0. Taylor Depover beat YME’s Hope Foy 6-0, 6-0 in Series # 3, while Taylor Miller beat YME’s Abigail Jimenez 6-0, 6-0 in 4th place.
In the double action, the duo of Leah Schaefer and Regan Loft beat YME Katelyn Luepke and Emma Keller 6-0, 6-0 in first place, while Kaia Christensen and Kaylee Prins beat YME Reagan Streich and Breea Johnson 6-0, 6 -0 2nd place and Dani Ewing and Samantha Maher beat YME Annelise Jahn and Sarana West 6-0, 6-0.
Marshall (6-6) will face Hutchinson at home on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
