BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – The uphill tennis community is an opportunity offered by Bowling Green Parks and Recreation. It provides a safe space for people with reduced mobility to participate in a fun game of tennis in a wheelchair.
Cameron Levis, an employee of the organization, said their main goal is to get people with disabilities and people with disabilities to come together and practice inclusion. He also said that their team is always coming up with new ways to improve, serve and serve the local community regardless of any differences.
You can also take part in the fun! The games will be held every Thursday from 4.30pm to 6pm until 7 October 2021 at Kereiakes Park Fields 1 and 2.
