EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. SIUE, women’s and men’s cross-country skiing to Normal, Illinois, at the Illinois State Redbird Invitation on Friday.
The women’s 6K competition starts at 5 p.m. The men’s 8K competition follows at 5:45 p.m. Two events will be held at Weibring Golf Club, the host Illinois state campus.
For Cougars, this is the second official race of the fall 2021 season.
Both SIUE teams finished third at the season opener on September 3 in Charleston, Illinois. Roland Prenzler led the men’s team in seventh place. Kassidy Dexheimer was SIUE’s best runner in the women’s race in seventh place.
