Star striker Marika Koroibete misses the Wallabies ’entire northern hemisphere spring round after deciding to stay in Australia after the birth of her third child.
Coach Dave Rennie said Koroibete needed valuable family time before joining the Japanese with Panasonic Wild Knights next season on a lucrative multi-year contract.

At least in the short term, Rennie will likely choose either Jordan Petaia or Tom Wright to fill the Koroibetes boots.

McMahon returned to Japan to be with his family after the rugby championship, while center Samu Kerevi is skeptical when he is treating a syndesmosis injury in Australia in the final match with Argentina.
Rennie says Wallabies is working closely with both players with clubs in Japan on the nine rules of the World Rugby rule to navigate their choices for the next Europe.
Clearly, we’ve talked to both clubs, and half of that is key for us, Rennie said on Sunday. Technically, from a nine-regi perspective, players must be freed for national missions.
