HIGH SPEEDS – Ferris State University’s men’s hockey team will face off against Michigan State Spartans at home this week, with the finals scheduled for Saturday at FSU’s Ewigleben Ice Arena.
Tickets are limited for Saturday’s 7:07 a.m. Bulldogs and Spartans home game and are moving fast, with sales expected to be on sale for the Big Rapids state showdown.
The Bulldogs and Spartans will open two games in East Lansing on Thursday night (November 11) at 7pm before the series moves to Big Rapids for Saturday’s race. As part of Saturday’s home game, fans are encouraged to use gold as part of a special GOAL’D Rush campaign.
Under current campus policy, masks are still mandatory and are applied to all indoor and campus events at this time, including home hockey matches. Bulldogs will continue to follow national, local, and campus guidelines for all COVID-19 protocols.
In addition, due to construction work, site 46 on the east side of the Ewigleben Sports Center is now closed. Fans should park all events west behind the sports center on plot 20 (main plot).
Fans can purchase digital tickets to this weekend’s home game in advance as long as there is enough stuff to secure a spot and save on a normal day’s play by visiting FerrisStateBulldogs.com/Tickets.
A special ticket offer is also available for Saturday’s match as long as there is enough stuff, allowing fans to purchase a ticket to the J-block premium match for just $ 15 before the game.
The FSU Athletic Ticket Office’s normal opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (ET) and extended opening hours on Wednesdays from 7 pm (ET). Bulldog Sports Network and the flagship radio station Sunny 97.3 FM will also broadcast this week’s live webcast at FerrisStateBulldogs.com. Live video broadcasting will also be offered on a pay-per-view basis via Saturday’s Tilt via CCHA TV at FloHockey.com.
The Bulldogs are coming to home weekend # 2 against the Minnesota State, where FSU won 2-1 in Friday’s opening game.
After this weekend’s home-away match against MSU, the Bulldogs will return to the CCHA game for the next four weekends before the holiday break.
