Softball picks up a Class 5 recruiting class

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. – Head coach olive boo and the Purdue softball program to welcome nine Boilermakers National Signing Day. Together, the upcoming 2022 recruitment class will rank 5th in the country according to Extra Inning Softball.

In addition to the nine participants, another recruiter is scheduled to join the program the next day, bringing the total number of classes to 10.

“We are excited to welcome this special group of players,” De Oliveira said. “Together, ranking in the top five recruitment categories is not an easy achievement, but they have not only competed against the best teams, but also succeeded against them. This is a rough and intelligent team – they know how to compete and achieve results, both on the field and in the classroom.”
