Owen Farrell doubts the start of Six Nations after it emerged that the English captain needed surgery on his injured ankle. He limped out last Saturday’s win against Australia when he makes his 100th test appearance and surgery on Friday, he is scheduled to be on the sidelines for up to 12 weeks.
