The Brooklyn Nets had to play without Kevin Durant for the first time in the entire season on Friday night when it hosted the Orlando Magic.
Durant had played the team’s first 16 games, with the Nets winning 11-5.
As for the Magic, they had made it to the New York Knicks for a big win, but were 4-10 going into the game.
The Nets managed to tip the Magic 115-113 without Durant and grab their 12th season win.
Not to mention that they’ve also been without Kyrie Irving, so the team built for the big trio of Durant, Irving and James Harden played just one of them on Friday.
Therefore, the win was still impressive, even if they only won the Magic, which is not likely to be a playoff team.
Harden scored 36 points in victory, took ten rebounds and made eight assists.
