Jess Thirlby has nominated a team of 16 players for this series including Australian athletes Jo Harten, Stacey Francis-Bayman and Natalie Haythornthwaite, and 19-year-old defender Funmi Fadoju.
Vitality Roses ’competition with Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls is intense, and this series of three tests offers plenty of insight into both outfits ahead of next year’s Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.
