The world’s best tennis players will land in Abu Dhabi in preparation for the 2022 Australian Open.

In addition to the star-filled men’s lineup, Emma Raducanu will also be on the weekend.

What is the Mubadala World Tennis Championship?

The Mubadala World Tennis Championship is a three-day show event in Abu Dhabi where most players will travel from the tournament to the Australian Open, which starts on January 17th.

As the tournament is an exhibition event, no ranking points are available, but it showcases some of the best tennis players in the world.

Where will the tournament take place?

The tournament will be played at the International Tennis Center in Zayed Sports City, Abu Dhabi.

Who is competing in Abu Dhabi?

The best men’s players competing in Abu Dubai are defending champion Rafael Nadal, Andrey Rublev, Casper Ruud, Denis Shapovalov, Dominic Thiem after his long-awaited return from injury and three-time Grand Slam champion Andy Murray.

US Open champion and British number one Raducanu will also play against Belinda Bencic as the title for an action-packed opening day.

Murray, who won the event in 2009 and 2015, says he has many happy memories of the tournament.

“I have many happy memories of Abu Dhabi and look forward to returning,” he said.

“With Emma [Raducanu] We’re also playing on the first day, we’re raising the British tennis flag and we want to make a strong performance. ”

When is the tournament?

The star exhibition will be held on 16-18. December, before most, if not all, of the players will fly to Australia to prepare for the 2022 season.
