Usain Bolt doesn’t want more kids – admitting to being the father of twins isn’t as much fun as people say.

The eight-time Olympic gold medalist, 35, revealed that he feels “out of order” and the training has become “difficult” now that he is retired for four years.

He said, ‘It’s me, I’m ready – I don’t want any more now. Being a father keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t say fit. It keeps me busy and my hands are always full.

“Getting twins isn’t as much fun as people say! I think when they get older, but when they’re young, not so much. I look forward to them growing up.

“I got my first child unlocked, it was good because I spent a lot of quality time and helping, and it was my first experience being a father, so it was cool.”

The father of three, who is in a long-term relationship with his partner Kasi Bennett, 31, acknowledged his New Year’s resolution to return to fitness at the Olympic level.

He added, “I try to stay fit, but it’s not that easy because you’re not as motivated as you rode and raced, but I still try to train every now and then.

“I just talked to my best friend and told him I really need to get back into the workout because I feel like I’m really broken now and we’re coming to Christmas and New Year, so I’m definitely going to invest some time in training.

“I’m not terrible, I’m not bad – to the level I’m used to, I have to get back as close as possible.

“It’s going to be hard, but it’s something my body and mind are used to, so it’s easy to get along as long as I put the work into it, it’s not going to be that hard – every workout is hard regardless of routine.

Usain, who has a long relationship with Virgin Media, surprised megafani Alex Jianroran last week by competing against him in an online game challenge with a spiral that appeared as a 4K hologram, making it look like he was in the same room.

Hologram technology was powered by Virgin Media’s O2 gigabit broadband speeds, which have recently been rolled out across the network of 15.5 million homes in the UK.

Usain explained, “I’m here with Virgin Media – I just played games with one of my superfans. We’re promoting a new broadband they’re introducing in the UK right now, and they’re excited about it.

“We’ve been working together for about eight years and we’ve filmed so many great commercials, it’s been a wonderful and good time, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with them.

“They also have a hologram that’s pretty neat, so we’ve just tested broadband and shown the world it’s ready to go.”
