James Harden scored a triple doubles (36 points, ten rebounds and ten assists), and the Brooklyn Nets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 122-115 at Christmas in California.
Harden played for the first time since December 10th.
He had missed one game due to rest and the next three due to an occupational health and safety protocol.
The Nets also had three matches postponed for this period.
When the Nets defeated the Lakers at Christmas, Harden spoke to the media and was asked what he did in the quarantine (see the SNY Tweet for Nets videos below).
“I didn’t do much of anything,” Harden said of his quarantine. “A lot of nothing, video games and gluttony.”
The Nets are now in season 22-9 and have a two-match lead against the Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls at the top of the Eastern Conference.
