Nahidul grabbed two goals before scoring 16 when the Sunrisers got the Victorians to work hard.

In the past, Sunrisers had struck in the same way when they lost their top order early. Ingram crashed into the wrongly drawn seamstress Shohidul 20, allowing the Victorians to control the ball. Offspinner Nahidul bowled four of his shifts at once and took 2 to 20 when he returned to impressive Victorian colors after six years.

Left-handed spinner Tanvir followed with better control and took 10 of his four rounds. It encouraged Victorian captain Kayes to include part-time Mominul, who eliminated Bopara. Mustafizur Rahman and Shohidul then completed the formalities and won the Sunrisers 96 in 19.1 rounds.

Great miss
Several Bangladeshi hit stars played poorly in this game. Sunrisers’ Anamul Haque, Mohammad Mithun and Captain Mosaddek made it to the number one. Nahidul removed both Anamul, who lost his balance while trying to cut the ball, and Mithun, who was stuck at the point. Mosaddek got an easy catch for Ariful Haquelle as he slipped.

Kayes swung and passed a couple of balls before hitting one to cover. Mominul held out a short third man. Advertised as BPL’s biggest star this season, du Plessis also scored a single-digit score when Gazi caught him and bowled with two.
