Women ‘s Golf January 22, 2022
The USC women’s golf team dropped out in its first round of the spring 2022 season and finished third at Desert Match Play in Scottsdale, Ariz. On Saturday at Kierland GC.
In a three-team battle with Baylor and Texas A&M, the three teams played a nine-hole match trio, scored against each other, and scored on the winning margin.
Aggies finished first with 72.5, Bears 63.5 and Trojans 30.
Senior Katherine Muzi and freshman Xin (Cindy) Kou everyone announced trio victories, leading USC today as a freshman Amari Avery, Trojan’s debut won two victories, as did sophomores Michaela Morard and Brianna Navarrosa.
USC will return to operations on 14-15. February at the Lamkin Invitational in Rancho Santa Fe, California.
