In 2023, the three-star RB Cole Cabana in the state will commit to Michigan

Just three days after he reaffirmed his commitment to the Wolverines of Michigan, head coach Jim Harbaugh and the football program received a commitment to the recruitment path in the 2023 class from the state’s three-star runner Cole Cabana.

The 6-foot, 180-tree Dexter chose Michigan State of Michigan. He also had other offers from Cincinnati, Pitt, Purdue, Louisville, West Virginia, Syracuse and others.

Michigan runner coach Mike Hart offered Cabana a scholarship after visiting Ann Arbor in January at Wolverines ’first major recruitment event of the year. His solid relationship with Hart and the hiring of a brand new runner coach by the Spartans just a couple of weeks ago helped Michigan get his commitment.

Cabana had a great junior season at Dexter High School, rushing 1,688 yards and 24 touchdowns and 32 receptions, 368 yards and four touchdowns. The accelerator is also on the athletics team and ran a recently certified 4.34 40-yard race. He has also driven 6.85 in the 60-meter run and 10.69 in the 100-meter run.

His speed and the trunk of his trunk are sure to go far in the grid. Another season of high school football and a break in Michigan’s strength and fitness program work wonders for Cabana. As long as he’s able to maintain top speed, I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s an immediate bet in the return game, and he gets clicks here and there in the attack.

Cabana is ranked 7th in the state of Michigan, ranked 22nd in runner-up and overall in 362,247Sports combinations. He is the first runner to commit to Michigan’s 2023 class, which is now ranked 5th.

Wolverines hopes to be able to take another, having only one in the 2022 class, but getting a state like Cabana and a versatile player at the start of this cycle is a phenomenal way to get things started.
