East Pennsboro (7-1) edged Middletown (3-6) 3-2 in a Mid-Penn boys tennis showdown Monday.
The Panthers swept all three singles matches. Matea Jovic earned a 6-1, 6-0 Victory against Jackson Grimland in the # 1 match. Anthony Huynh toped Doron Yospa 6-1, 6-2 in the # 2 Showdown, while Josh Steinhart downed Caden Shomper 6-0, 6-2 in the # 3 Tilt.
The Blue Raiders earned wins in both of the doubles showdowns. Ethan Witmyer and Aiden Shaffer battled to a 6-0, 1-6, 7-6 Victory against Ethan Bonsall and Harris Ahmed in the # 1 match. Luke LeKites and Ayden Harper edged Logan Challenger and Benson Dang 6-1, 7-6 in the # 2 doubles match-up.
