PHILADELPHIA The University of Pennsylvania will be sending seven student-athletes to the 2022 ITA Northeast Regionals at Princeton University this weekend. The Northeast Regional committee has announced the 192 singles players and 156 doubles pairs (plus 18 singles and 19 doubles alternates) that have earned bids to the regional scheduled to take place at Princeton and Dartmouth this weekend.
On the singles side, junior Iris Gallosophomores Gavirella Smith, Saige Roshkoffand Eileen Wangand freshmen Juliana Munhoz and Maya Career. Penn will be represented by the three doubles teams: Eileen Wang/Maya Career, Gavriella Smith/Juliana Munhozand Iris Gallo/Gibson Thomas.
The three-day two-site tournament is scheduled to take begin on September 30 and conclude on October 2.
