MS Dhoni, the most decorated Captain in Indian Cricket history, has been dominating the Headlines after a disappointing end to India’s 2022 T20 World Cup campaign.
After India suffered yet another heartbreaking defeat in the knockout of an ICC event, some reports are suggesting that the BCCI is planning on handing major responsibility to the former Indian Captain in the shortest format of the game on a full-time basis.

The Indian Cricket board hopes to utilize Dhonis brilliant mind to groom the next batch of Indian players who will be taking part in the next showpiece event in the Caribbeans and the USA.
The wicketkeeper-batter might have retired from international cricket, but the competitive spirit in him is still intact. Even today, whichever competition he enters, his desire is not just to compete but to win it.

It reflected in the just-concluded JSCA Tennis Championship, where he not only competed in the doubles category but also clinched the Trophy while partnering Sumeet Kumar Bajaj, a local tennis player.
This was not the first time Dhoni had won this competition. They had won it on two occasions in the past as well.

While this Trophy may be of no match to his other major achievements, it shows that the competitive spirit hasn’t died down yet and is still Burning inside of him.
What’s impressive is that Dhoni, who celebrated his 41st birthday this year, is looking in great shape and is still winning trophies. Hailing the legendary Cricketers winning attitude on social media, the fans started wondering when he was going to stop winning trophies.

Using the opportunity, some people even mocked the current Indian team that failed to deliver at the big stage once yet and got knocked out after suffering a humiliating 10-wicket defeat in the semis against England.
As for Dhoni, he is expected to be back leading his IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the upcoming edition of the cash-rich league, which many believe could be his final swansong.
