January 1, 2023 (4 p.m. – all night): People start lining up on the Boulevard the night before the parade. It’s starting to resemble a war-torn zone where people bring all kinds of stuff to make their stay bearable while they wait for the Rose Parade the next day.

January 2, 2023 (early morning): 134th the annual Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game will be held on a Monday this year because the tradition is never held on a Sunday. (Read more).
