Georgia football announces details of team celebration at Sanford Stadium

The LOS ANGELES Bulldogs will get to celebrate with fans again this Saturday at Sanford Stadium as the school announces plans to honor the national champions.

The school issued a statement on the matter, presenting the plan.

The stadium gates open at noon. The parade down Lumpkin Street to Sanford Stadium begins at 12:30 p.m., with the Dawg Walk at 1 p.m., and the official program begins at 2 p.m. Due to ongoing construction on the south side of Sanford Stadium, there will be several changes to last year’s championships. celebration:

  • The Dawg Walk begins at the Baxter Street Extension and continues through the Tate Student Center Plaza.
  • Entry to this event is through gates 1, 2, 3, 4, 4A and 5 only.
  • Seats in the stadium are limited only to the west, east and north stands in addition to reserved seats on the field.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
