Overview:
The ITTF Foundation’s strategic plan outlines the foundation’s strategy, priorities and organizational growth for the next three years, while some of the included activities have already been implemented during 2022 and will continue until 2025.
The ITTF Foundation officially announced its strategic plan for the 2022-2025 season.
This has four strategic focus areas: Programmes, Organization and Administration, Advocacy and Fundraising and Partnerships.
The strategy plan outlines the foundation’s strategy, priorities and organizational growth for the next three years, and some of the measures have already been implemented during 2022.
These four strategic priorities are supported by 7 goals, 26 targets and 27 measures and key indicators.
Programs:
The ITTF Foundation strengthens and improves existing ITTF Foundation programs and projects by developing coherent theories of change, impact measurement and capacity building.
The foundation expands the foundation’s current operations.
Organization and administration:
The ITTF Foundation increases the foundation’s recognition as an international organization with strong governance.
Promotion:
The ITTF Foundation has repositioned and created a strong identity as a non-profit organization with powerful impact stories and case studies that demonstrate the changes we have made in the communities in which we operate.
The foundation improves equitable and timely access to the foundation’s programs/projects.
Fundraising and partnerships:
The ITTF Foundation will be in a position to expand and diversify the amount of income generated by additional sources, reducing dependence on the ITTF and existing funding partners.
The vision is to create a sustainable set of income streams that not only support the organization’s financial goals, but also increase awareness of who we are and what impact we have.
The Foundation will increase the number of multi-year sponsors, donors, partners and grantmakers across all revenue streams to achieve our strategic goals and impact more people.
The ITTF Foundation was pleased to announce our strategic plan, which has been made under the strict guidance and valuable input of the Board of Directors, ITTF Member Associations, project partners, business associations, sponsors and ITTF Group officials and staff.
This strategic plan is very important for our work in the coming years with global and local organizations and as an independent organization created by the ITTF. As part of the ITTF group, the strategic plan has been developed in accordance with the ITTF strategic plan 2018-2024.
The ITTF Foundation is to inspire the table tennis community and set examples; we want them to follow us in using sport as a tool for human development.

The launch of this strategic plan marks our readiness to expand our programs and achieve greater impact by replicating to more countries and regions.
