Morgan, 36, retired from international cricket in July 2022 after a 16-year career – first with Ireland and then England – but continued to play in short-form tournaments around the world.

“It is with great pride that I announce my retirement from all forms of cricket. After much consideration, I believe now is the right time to retire from a game that has given me so much over the years,” Morgan said. opinion.

He said he cherished every moment of his cricket career.

“Cricket has allowed me to travel the world and meet amazing people, many of whom I have made lifelong friendships with.
