NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A Father Ryan student was arrested after firing pepper spray into a crowd of students during a hockey game at the Ford Ice Center in Bellevue on Monday.
According to Metro Police, the students were from Brentwood High School and were attending a hockey game against Father Ryan. The sprayed students were among a group of students who stood in the bleachers yelling and chanting for the Father Ryan players.
Police said a 17-year-old girl walked down the row in front of a crowd of students and sprayed the crowd. Nashville Fire Department personnel treated those affected by the pepper spray at the scene.
The police watched the video of the incident and accused the teenage girl of assault.
