The Bruins look to make it six straight on Saturday night as they continue their road trip against the Vancouver Canucks.
Boston beat the Seattle Kraken 6-5 to start the West Coast swing.
The Bruins’ roster may look different after acquiring Garnet Hathaway and Dmitry Orlov from the Washington Capitals on Thursday night. The two arrived in Vancouver on Friday, but Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery did not confirm they would play.
It appears as if the Bruins are fully healthy with Tomas Nosek activated off long-term injured reserve. Montgomery said if Nosek, who was recovering from a non-displaced fracture of his left leg, was able to play, he would center Nick Foligno and Hathaway.
There may be more than one odd man out if Nosek, Hathaway and Orlov play, but we won’t find out until a few hours before the 7pm ET puck drop.
Linus Ullmark is expected to get the start for the Bruins after Jeremy Swayman won on Thursday in Seattle.
