SCOUTING TECH The Yellow Jackets wrapped up this road streak by visiting a pair of ACC opponents this weekend. Tech opened ACC play last weekend and topped then-No. 17 Notre Dame, 5-2 and Louisville, 7-0. Carol Lee went undefeated in open conference play and has a perfect 7-0 dual meet record from the No. 1 spot. Overall, Lee is 16-4 in singles. Kylie Bilchev follows closely behind with a 14-5 overall record and a 7-1 dual match record. Tech jumped into the top 25 of the ITA rankings this week, finishing at No. 19.

SCOUTING NC STATE NC State is riding a five-game winning streak into this weekend, most recently a 4-3 decision at Ohio State. The Wolfpack opened ACC play on Feb. 17 with a 7-0 win at Wake Forest. NC States’ only loss of the season came at the hands of Vanderbilt on ITA Kickoff Weekend, falling 4-3 in Raleigh. Diana Shnaider has led the Wolfpack primarily from the No. 1 singles spot and went 5-0 in doubles. Well. 4 The Wolfpack has four ranked singles players and two ranked doubles teams. Georgia Tech leads the all-time series 33-14, but NC State took last season’s matchup in Atlanta 5-2.

SOUTING WAKE FOREST Wake Forest will be the winner of the previous three weekends. The Demon Deacons host Clemson on Friday before welcoming the Yellow Jackets on Sunday. WFU has only played one conference game so far, a 7-0 loss to NC State. Most recently, the Demon Deacons picked up a pair of ranked wins, defeating No. 32 Illinois and No. 47 Texas Tech. Anna Brylin boasts a 10-1 dual match record at the No. 2 singles position and leads the team at 16-3 overall in singles. Wake Forest holds a tight lead in the all-time series, 23-20, with opponents splitting the last four meetings with Tech in recent years 5-2 in Atlanta.
