No plans for Saturday? Head to Scott Stadium

The annual Blue-White Game for the University of Virginia football teams will be played at Scott Stadium on Saturday at 2 p.m. The race is free to the public, as is parking at Scott Stadium and regular football game days. Gates open at 1 p.m

The game will be televised live on the ACC Network with John Schriffen, Roddy Jones and Kelsey Riggs. The broadcast includes live on-field interviews with head coach Tony Elliott and members of his coaching staff.

The Blue and White game will be Virginia’s final date during the spring training period. The Cavaliers are divided into two teams and play four quarters. The team will arrive at Scott Stadium at 12:45 at the Southeast Gate for the Wahoo Walk.

Seating for the Blue and White game will be limited to the east side of Scott Stadium and the slope due to a maintenance project in the west side bleachers.

Meet the team: Following the competition, players will be available for a Meet the Team event sponsored by UVA Orthopedics. It will be played on the field at Scott Stadium, and the players will be available for a 30-minute autograph session.

Fanfest: Prior to the Blue and White game, Virginia fans can attend the UVA Fan Fest from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Scott Stadium’s East Parking Lot.

This year’s fan festival will feature live music, a pep rally, food trucks, bouncy castles for the kids, promotional giveaways and photo opportunities with CavMan, Cavalier and Sabre, and the UVA cheer Squad. Additionally, fans can pick up copies of the 2023 football schedule poster at the event.
